Ok it's cold, snowing even and we're struggling to entertain the little ones. Well Betty recently discovered cooking and we've been experimenting with cupcakes. It is also my new years resolution to cook a bit more from scratch. The great thing about this is, that for a toddler a cake is a cake and you can trick them by making healthy ones. Below we've made chocolate cupcakes with a creme fraiche & chocolate filling and potato ones. I will not post any recipes on here, you can find plenty online. We're using large John Lewis silicon cases. They are great, because as soon as the cupcakes have cooled down you just take them out, put them it an air sealed dish and you reuse the cases straight away. You can also freeze the cupcakes. Or maybe you want to start your own cupcake business.
